Ownership and legal information

In accordance with 34/2002 LSSICE (electronic commerce and information society service regulations) information is provided on the following legal aspects of the Web:

Intellectual and industrial property rights.

Fonts, graphic designs, images, photographs, sounds, animations, software, texts, plus any information and content shown on the web are protected by Spanish legislation covering copyrights and patents on behalf of NERTA or licensed third parties. The reproduction and / or publication, including processing information, distribution, broadcasting, modification, or decompiling all or part of the web, or other legally recognised rights, is strictly forbidden without prior permission in writing from the titleholder. The User can make use of the material which appears on the web solely and exclusively for their own private and personal use, not for any commercial use or illegal activities. All intellectual property rights are reserved exclusively for the use of NERTA or licensed third parties, to exert compliance with the aforementioned terms and conditions and appropriate use of the content of the company’s web, exercising all civil and criminal action rights against the User in the event of any infraction or failure to comply with to these rights.
